The famous Ubud painting stayle is no doubt that it came from unkonwn painting art developed in Kamasan village around the turn of 17th century. Kamasan village is located 1 km south of the city of Klungkung, now more popular as Semara Pura again. The development was taking places in Ubud and Batuan which were rural villages in 1930s.
